The Damson Plum is the perfect fruit of a bygone era - intense in flavour and colour. The Damson Collection products are hand-made by the owners in small batches from fruit grown in their own orchard.

The Damson Jam and the Damon Paste have both won Cuisine Artisan Awards and contain no preservatives or additives.

Damson Plum paste it best served with cheeses such as blue vein, mature Cheddar or ripe Brie.

Damson Jam is gorgeously full-flavoured and goes equally well with scones as with cream cheese on bagels.

Damson Vinaigrette comes in a handy spray bottle and is perfect sprayed over green salads or used as a dipping sauce for fish.

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, or the next day if it is a Public Holiday.
