PAYMENTS
Payment for products sold from the Love Hawke’s Bay website will be processed using the PayPal payment system. All credit card details are protected by the Paypal security measures.

YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
You will be asked to register your contact and delivery details. This information will be kept in a secure database that is confidential to Love Hawke’s Bay.

From time to time we may contact you by email with special offers or information about new products.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
For purchases made in NZ$ all prices will include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

REFUNDS
If a product is mis-addressed due to a mistake by Love Hawke’s Bay a full refund will be given. If you have given us a wrong or insufficient address no refund will be given.We will replace or refund if the goods are faulty. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. We will exchange a product for a different size or colour if at all possible.

USING OUR SERVICES
Discount vouchers based on your previous purchases cannot be passed on for the use of another customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard their login details and to prevent their login being used by unauthorised persons.

You may not download, transmit, copy or otherwise use material from the Love Hawke’s Bay website for public or commercial purposes.

You may not attempt to gain access to Love Hawke’s Bay’s server or modify, disrupt or interfere with its services.
