The Orcona Chili Relishes and Sauces are made to the owner's well-tried recipes from chilis and capsicums grown in their own greenhouses, blended with fruits, herbs and spices grown in Hawke's Bay.

The Relishes range from the sweet Red Pepper Relish flavoured with fresh herbs and spices to the Chili and Feijoa Relish made from Feijoa fruits and Jalapeno chili.

The Sweet Smoked Paprika Flake is a quality gourmet product made from capsicums smoked with New Zealand Manuka wood to produce a unique flavour.

The Chili Sauces include a variety of flavour sensations; from the sweet, medium hot Sweet Jalapeno Chili Sauce made with onion and spices, to the hotter and more intense Hairy Cactus Sauce and Shark Bite Sauce that blends chili and lemon.
