Unio Jewellery/Art Gallery in Havelock North is represented by Emma Bolderson's contemporary designs.

Emma is in her fourth and final year of a jeweller's apprenticeship and has developed a strong individual style. A key feature of her pieces is the contrasts between matte and polished surfaces, both metals and stones.

Emma uses meticulous and time consuming techniques such as hammering or brushing both metal surfaces and stones to achieve her characteristic contrast effect.
