Great New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive oil.

The Aquiferra olive grove is situated south of Hastings in the premier wine growing area of Hawke's Bay. Aquiferra Olive Oil is a family business, where the olives are hand picked  and cold pressed within hours of being harvested. The oil is then tested to ensure that it meets the international EVOO standards for Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Aquiferra olive groves contain many varieties such as Kalamata, Koroneiki, Manzanilla, Pendolino and Frantoio. The oil is sold in dark bottles to protect the oil from light and ensure top quality and a lasting flavour experience.

In 2010 the Aquiferra Extra Virgin blended Olive oil won the Gold Medal, Best in Show awards at the Hawke's Bay EVOO standards competition.

The oil from the 2011 crop  will be ready to bottle in August and then some more products will be available..

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, or the next day if it is a Public Holiday.
